$2,495 per person double occupancy sharing a room

$3,145 per person single rate

EXTRA HOTEL NIGHT PRICING

$295 per room for up to three extra hotel nights prior and after to the trip dates

BOOKING DEPOSIT – A deposit of $500 per person is due at the time of booking. The full balance is due October 7, 2023. If the booking registration is received after that date, the full amount of the package will be charged.

CANCELLATION SCHEDULE:

• Prior to August 7, 2023, $150pp cancellation fee.
• August 8 – October 6, 2023, The $500pp deposit is non-refundable.
• After October 7, 2023: 100% of the event package is non-refundable.

Cancellations must be received in writing (email is fine) by the date indicated.

TRANSFERS TO SEDONA

*Flight Information: It is easy to access Sedona by flying into Phoenix airport and booking a Groome Shuttle (about 2 hours and $65- 75 per person each way). You can also rent a car and we have free parking at our hotel (a great perk). It is not easy to drive in Sedona - we recommend taking the Shuttle to Sedona and using local Uber and taxis to get around. 

Welcome to Sedona! Arrive in the afternoon, relax, and enjoy at the hotel or walk around town and explore the sights. Welcome dinner close to the hotel and prepare for our hike in the morning,

A 3-5 hour hike adventure will flow along Sedona's most famous rocks and a plethora of encounters with local wildlife. This hike is a great intro to Sedona (and its higher altitude) and explores beautiful Red Rock State Park, along the tranquil waters of Oak Creek.  You'll hike through diverse desert environments and see Sedona's unique geology, plants, and animals.
